Our client is a >USD3bil AUM global macro fund and they are currently looking for a compliance headcount in their Singapore office.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular compliance monitoring and surveillance activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set by the MAS, SFC & FCA in addition to other relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance on compliance matters to internal teams.
• Assist in internal investigations and external audits.
• Stay informed about emerging compliance trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of compliance experience in the financial services industry, buy side exposure is preferred.
• Familiar with MAS policy & requirements.
• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and market abuse regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
