Are you eager to bring your experience and knowledge as Compliance Consultant in Luxembourg?

Responsibilities:

Understanding of the characteristics and functioning of the main financial instruments (e.g., shares, bonds, funds, ETDs, OTC derivatives, etc.) and regulated markets.
Supporting the Regulatory Unit of one of the most important banks in Luxembourg with day-to-day activities.
Interpreting laws and regulatory requirements.
Independently assess compliance-relevant topics and issues of high complexity in your area of responsibility and also develop solutions and recommendations for action for the management and the operational business
Monitoring and maintaining Compliance Registers.
Draft reports or presentations for Corporate Bodies and Regulatory Authorities.
Requirements
Bachelor ‘s degree;
Possess at least 3 years of professional experience in credit institutions / investment firms / leading consulting companies;
Regulatory knowledge in investment services regulations (e.g., MiFIR/MiFID, Market Abuse, EMIR, etc.) is highly recommended;
Familiarity with Compliance macro processes (i.e., regulatory alignment, advisory, and assurance) and internal Bank Regulatory Framework (i.e., policy, procedures, processes)
Expertise in trading financial instruments or monitoring suspected market abuse transactions would be considered a plus;
Organizational and Project Management skills are appreciated;
Strong interpersonal skills and an open mindset;
Highly motivated, with strong attention to detail, team-oriented, organized, self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive;
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Power Point, Excel);
At least a very good proficiency in one language among English, French, or Italian; knowledge of at least two languages would be considered a plus
