Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be instrumental in harmonizing complex compliance requirements across Freudenberg’s diverse Business Groups, worldwide. This pivotal position not only calls for a sharp analytical mind, but also a tactful communicator who is skilled in turning external requirements into groupwide actionable, straightforward approaches that support a continuous improvement of our comprehensive compliance architecture.

Your Impact:

  • Spearhead: Drive initiatives in the risk areas Anti Bribery/Corruption, Antitrust, and Anti Money Laundering that can be applied across differing Business Groups & for varying stakeholders to safeguard the organization
  • Build & Enhance Networks: Partner with our Group-wide compliance networks, enabling best practices are uniformly adopted & that knowledge is openly shared
  • Guidance: Through the implementation of crucial compliance projects, including guidelines, training programs, & awareness campaigns to keep organization & collaboration running
  • Advisor: Serve as the compliance touchstone within our ESG framework, advising on all related topics & creating a collaborative environment within the compliance community

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or a comparable field
  • A robust foundation in Compliance, Audit, & Risk Management with both theoretical & operational knowledge & experience
  • Collaborative mindset with an exceptional ability to forge consensus among diverse business groups on compliance directives
  • Strong strategic thinking and social intelligence to navigate complex organizational landscapes
  • Proficiency in English, with exemplary communication skills & a talent for diplomacy. Proficiency in German language is a bonus.
