Description:

JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for regularly touring theneighborhoodsstreet-by-street to inspect, document, photographand issue allviolations within the community.

Compensation: $20 per hour

  • FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client’s property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client’s directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and community members
  • Excellent technology skills, includingproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot violations or discrepancies
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills toidentifyand address compliance issues
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ Years of customer service experience required
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • HOA and/ or property management experience highly preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ableto survey properties on foot as needed
  • Able to work in various weather conditions (i.e.heat, cold, rain, wind,etc.)
  • Must have a valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
    Work Location: Desert Ridge Community Association,5415 E High Street Phoenix, AZ 85054
    Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p
    Travel Requirements: Local travel within the community with use of company vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and document exterior modification projects throughout the residential community for conformity with prior written approvals
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized records of inspection reports, violations, and other compliance-related data
  • Participate in meetings and work groups tomaintainknowledge of new developments, policies, and guidelines
  • Monitor the community tomaintaincompliance with the community guidelines
  • Light office duties and use of small office equipment will berequired
