Due to continued success and company expansion, a head office manufacturing location of a duel site organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Coordinator to join their team. You will be providing support to the management team across both locations:
Monitoring all compliance requirements across the site, and driving continuous improvement
Ensuring that ISO, HACCP and BRC regulations and quality standards are being adhered too across the organisation
Attending management meetings and voicing any quality or site compliance issues, and advising of plan of correction action plan, working with management to ensure implantation
Working closely with Customer Service Team in relation to customer complaints
Updating any policies, procedures and specifications as and when required
Working with HR highlighting staff training needs in relation to QHSE
Conducting internal Audits, and assisting management with the lead of external Audits
All administration duties related to the role
We would expect the successful Compliance Coordinator to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of ISO, HACCP & BRC regulations, as well as quality and H&S systems. Be an excellent communicator with a good eye for detail, and administration skills. Have a positive, pro-active manner, and have the ability to educate and influence. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Quality Administration, H&S Administration or an Environmental role.
You will be joining a Desborough Head Office of a company who has been established for over 50 years, who have two manufacturing sites in the UK (very occasional travel will be required to the 2nd site), and has an enviable reputation in their field. Working directly with the Operational Management Team this role offers variety on a daily basis. The organisation name is synonymous with delivering outstanding quality products, and they are keen to recruit a Compliance Coordinator who strives to offer the same.
