They are looking for a motivated and proactive Supervisor for their Mangere operation.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the overall process of lab product testing and management of the workshop and storage area.

  • Collaborate with Compliance and Test Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the test labs
  • Ensure and enhancement of test facilities, ensuring they meet the evolving requirements of the product development team.
  • Ensure that test procedures and checklists are designed and updated in accordance with the latest compliance requirements.
  • Provide supervision to test engineers/technicians to ensure the correct and timely execution of tests.
  • Assist and mentor test engineers/technicians on product knowledge, refrigeration, lab operations, and problem-solving.
  • Provide training to staff on the proper use, care, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams or external service providers for repairs.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the building of new test facilities scheduled within the next 5 years. You will have the chance to be heavily involved in everything to do with the project.
