Responsibilities:
ROLE OUTLINE
Job Title: Compliance Manager
Location: Remote (with some occasional travel to London/Sheffield office)
Role Outline and Purpose: Oversee the quality, compliance, and audit function of the company.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time
Tenure: Permanent
KEY TASKS
- Leading a team of Compliance Officers, who are responsible for quality assurance and compliance maintenance of the Altrix Members, ensuring that the Altrix Flexible Workforce meets all regulatory and statutory standards and can provide excellent patient care.
- Directly lead the audit function of the company ensuring compliance with regulation, legislation, framework requirements and Government policy.
- Reporting directly to the Finance Director, responsible for setting the team’s targets and being accountable for their performance.
- Motivating and empowering the team to work efficiently, proactively and to the best of their ability.
- Maintaining and improving quality, audit and governance standards, policies, and procedures across Altrix.
- Directly lead the audit function of the company ensuring compliance with regulation, legislation, framework requirements and Government policy.
- Proactively work with the Altrix Technology development team to improve and enhance the functionality and operability of the software and system functions.
- Work with senior leadership team to improve business operations as a whole and ensure best practice is always followed.
