For our entity in Hamburg we are recruiting a Compliance Manager (f/m/d):

YOUR RESPONSABILITIES:

Customs, Export control
checking and advising customers on required transport licenses for transit, transshipment, import and export of military cargo, sensitive cargo, dual use cargo
performing risk analyses of the status quo with regards to import, transit, transshipment and export regulations and taking local regulations into account
Compliance
maintain, administrate and develop group compliance policies and programs, in particular in the field of Data Protection, Competition, Embargoes & Sanctions, Whistleblower Protection Act, German Supply Chain Duty of Care Act,
responsible for compliance matters such as AEO, data protection and contact person for compliance inquiries in connection with AEO, ISO, ISM and customs
acts as data protection coordinator; is responsible for monitoring and coordinating all data protection requirements/requests according to GDPR and contact person within the agency
accepting and further processing of compliance violations notifications
provide guidance to ensure that the business units, implement the elements of the company required compliance policies, taking into account local regulations
dawn raid - Support ongoing investigations if any, where required (e.g. Dawn Raids)
work closely with business stakeholders to provide advice and guidance in all compliance-related matters
