Description:

The primary role of the Compliance Manager is to ensure that the store meets all food safety, health and safety and council compliance regulations and legislation, as well as identifying and enforcing legislative requirements in the required timeframes to the specified standard.
This role would suit an outstanding leader of people who can coach, persuade and influence our management team. you must be well organised and be results focused. you must be able to listen, consult and be mindful of your impact on others.
In this a role you will be able to develop and impact the store’s culture of safety.
This role could suit a parttime person or be developed into a fulltime role with the addition of facilities management and HR roles.
We are looking for the right person and will be flexible with hours and days of work.
Income Range for Full time $70-$80k depending upon experience.
Commencement date April 202
