Our client is a leading Hedge Fund and currently looking to appoint a new Compliance Manager in London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working in Compliance within the capital markets.
- Develop, implement and direct a compliance program for new products and varies business lines in the UK & Europe
- Hold the Key Person positions of MLCO, MLRO.
- Responsible for implementing Compliance governance framework.
- Working with other senior leadership team members including Board members.
- Maintain awareness of individual and company responsibilities under the applicable laws and regulations and the FCA AML/CFT/CPF Handbook
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies
