Description:
EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated professional experience in compliance within the investment funds industry (8 years or more), with previous experience as a regulatory compliance officer.
- Preferably, experience leading a small team.
- Strong expertise in compliance, AML/CTF, and regulatory requirements under AIFMD and UCITS.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for setting up and optimizing processes to enhance organizational value.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German, with proficiency in French considered advantageous.
- A collaborative team player accustomed to working in an international setting, possessing dynamism and resilience to thrive independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of compliance-related risks, including analyzing new initiatives, conducting AML/CTF assessments on investments and stakeholders, and managing conflicts of interest and complaints.
- Maintain and coordinate the entity’s compliance policies and control framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and collaboration with other control functions at both local and divisional levels.
- Facilitate knowledge dissemination by coordinating regulatory and organization-specific training sessions, tailoring materials to local requirements, and conducting training for employees and board members.
- Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments, actively participating in internal regulatory update groups and ensuring timely implementation of new requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on compliance matters, leveraging participation in local and global committees, working groups, and projects, and providing comprehensive reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
