Description:

This is a dual-site role where you will be leading the compliance of our quality standards across both our Kegworth and Milton Keynes site.
Responsibilities:
Lead the site internal audits function to :
- Agree internal audit schedules and ensure are completed.
- Monitor the standard of internal audits carried out on site and ensure they are consistent
- Provide training for the site internal auditors
- Monitor internal audit corrective actions to ensure they are completed to an appropriate standard and to agreed timescales.
- Facilitate all 3rd party certification and customer audits.
- Coordinate customer / 3rd party audits ensuring that resources are available and that relevant functions are aware of their input requirements and timings
- Monitor audit corrective actions to ensure they are completed to an appropriate standard and to agreed timescales.
- Lead the site HACCP studies ensuring each study is completed and reviewed to required timescales, involves personnel with appropriate training and experience in meets the requirements of customers and recognised industry standards.
- Lead the site TACCP studies ensuring each study involves personnel with the appropriate training and experience.
- Complete gap analysis on all new standards applicable to the site ensuring internal standards are updated and communicated to ensure continued compliance.
- Manage the document library for the site, ensuring all documents are up to date and reviewed to required timeframes.
- Work closely with all other standards and compliance managers and the Technical Systems manager to ensure group standards remain convergent and appropriate for the UK BU.
Management of pest controllers to:
- Be the main point of contact between the pest control contractor and site
- Communicate corrective actions identified by the pest control contractor to the relevant personnel and monitor to ensure they are completed to an appropriate standard and to the agreed timescale
- Pest control activities and records meet requirements to pass customer and external audits
