Description:
We are partnering exclusively with a financial services firm in their search for a compliance manager. The Dublin based firm operate a hybrid working model with a mix of office and home working. This is a regulatory compliance role focused on second line of defence which offers the chance to work alongside senior leadership. The company has a good work life balance with strong focus on collaboration and well-being.
Main responsibilities of the compliance manager:
- Advise the business on regulatory updates
- Carry out monitoring and testing
- Develop and improve the compliance and risk frameworks
- Prepare reports
- Work on regulatory change projects within the business
- Engage with the regulator
As an ideal candidate for this role you will have previous experience in a regulatory compliance role within financial services. You will be able to work as part of a team working collaboratively. You will be a strong communicator with good knowledge of Irish regulations.
