About the Role: As a Compliance Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support across various business functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and upholding our commitment to integrity. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to enhance our Compliance Framework and drive continuous improvement.

• Provide timely and high-quality regulatory and compliance advice to internal teams.
• Collaborate in refining and enhancing our Compliance Framework to align with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Support the implementation and achievement of our Compliance Plan objectives.
• Review and advise on compliance aspects of collateral materials, including advertising and training content.
• Draft and update Compliance policies to reflect regulatory changes and business needs.
• Contribute to assurance activities and monitoring efforts to mitigate compliance risks.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvements to enhance compliance effectiveness.
• Exemplify the values of Auto & General in all interactions with stakeholders.
