We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you will take responsibility for Banqsoft compliance with our certifications and internal & external requirements regarding Banqsoft operations and deliveries.
As a Compliance Officer you will be responsible for driving Banqsoft’s compliance strategies throughout the organization, including following up ISAE 3402, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 certifications as well as the internal audit program.
Our Legal & Compliance team consist of Head of Legal & Compliance, Compliance Officer, Information Security Manager and Quality Manager. We have a partnership with our owner, KMD, including KMD Group information security and compliance resources.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?

• Develop and maintain a compliance and certification strategy, in collaboration with management.
• Lead, plan, prepare and follow-up all certifications, and external and internal audits.
• Continuously review new requirements related to compliance and certifications.
• Coordinating management review in Banqsoft.
• Managing compliance risks, including risk assessments and follow ups of findings.
• Maintain and develop documentation regarding compliance and certifications in Banqsoft Integrated Management System (ISMS & EMS)

To master the role of Compliance Officer we believe that you have:

• 5+ years of experience within information security certification compliance.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementor certification.
• Previously worked with Information Security Management Frameworks, such as ISO 27001.
• A bachelor’s degree or similar level of qualifications.
• Good understanding and knowledge of regulatory requirements, preferably within Banking & Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and one Scandinavian language.
