  • Prior experience in a payments-related role, focusing on administering payment platforms and involvement in payment service provider engagement.
  • Understanding of payment technologies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and process optimization skills.
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different teams.

Responsibilities:

As the EventsAir Payments (EAP) Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for all aspects of administering and managing EAP’s processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we deliver a process driven and efficient payment operations, along with maintaining key relationships across our team, customers and payment partners. Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), your core responsibilities will include:

  • A strong understanding of payment technologies, compliance requirements, and a proven track record of successfully managing payment platforms.
  • It is anticipated this will be a hands-on role initially, while strong administration and compliance processes are being established. Once that is completed the role will incorporate the opportunity to work upon more strategic elements.
