Responsibilities:
YOUR ROLE AT ORBIT
Role available within our Income team. Reporting into the Income Compliance Manager you will work to provide a high quality focus round compliance and collection. You will take a lead on maximising income through county court claims and enforcement action, so strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail will be key.
You will deal with compliance based customer enquiries and proactively contact customers to resolve debt issues and negotiate payment terms. You will investigate disputed debts and undertake income related administration as required. Strong report writing and record keeping will be key.
