Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in upholding regulatory standards and operational integrity across our facilities. You will develop and implement compliance policies, conduct audits, and provide training to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Your efforts will safeguard the well-being and developmental excellence of the children in our care, while maintaining positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement compliance policies tailored to early childhood education regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
- Monitor and investigate compliance issues or violations.
