For our Markets & Banking Operations Compliance team we are looking for a Zurich-based market conduct monitoring specialist, who will be acting as a functional lead for insider monitoring and trade surveillance globally.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong decisive, result-oriented manager of change projects with the ability to execute in a disciplined manner
• Strong communication skills to deal with our employees and stakeholders on different management levels
• Exhibit sound judgment and discretion
• Attention to details and with strong follow up skills
• Flair for IT and other information utility or database know-how is an advantage
• Proven track record as a functional lead or change project lead
• 4 - 7 years of professional experience in the financial industry, preferably in the area of Markets Compliance or Compliance Control Room
• University degree (Bachelor or Master), preferable in Economics, Legal, Audit, or Finance, alternatively another higher education with a strong career development
