Compliance Officer

We are an industrial REIT Company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange and with a well-established presence in Singapore. We are looking for a Compliance Officer with an eye for detail but able to work efficiently, accurately and as carry out other regulatory reporting tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 21 year of experience and above
• Degree holder in relevant studies
• Knowledge of SFA and SGX regulations
• Preferably with relevant experience in the Real Estate Investment Management industry

• Provision of compliance advisory to support the business
• Supporting and leading the implementation of regulatory changes
• Reviewing company’s policies and procedures and carrying out compliance monitoring
• Reviewing risk framework as required, whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offer appropriate solutions
• Supporting/Conducting internal reviews and audits
• Ensuring reporting requirements from MAS are done accurately and in a timely manner in supporting the regulatory compliance and make regulatory SGX filings
• Assisting in the application process for the appointment of new directors to the Board
• Act as the main liaison officer between MAS, SGX, Trustees, and Company Secretary
• Any other duties assigned by the CEO and the Board
