Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team in Trustly Group AB. As a Compliance Officer you will report to Trustly’s Chief Compliance Officer and be based in the Stockholm office. Your day-to-day work will include normal compliance tasks as advice and support, performing controls, hold trainings etc as well as a wide area of other tasks in order to ensure the function is executing the annual plan, addressing ad hoc issues etc in the most efficient manner. You will be part of a team of five covering Trustly’s Swedish operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Execute on the annual plan which includes e.g. control activities, risk assessment and training
  • Assist in developing and implementing compliance management framework including drafting and revising internal governing documents (policies etc)
  • Advice and support internal stakeholders on compliance related matters
  • Regulatory horizon scanning
  • Drafting of reports, e.g. to the board of directors
  • Monitor, track and share knowledge on regulatory intelligence
