EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS - COMPLIANCE & ONBOARDING OFFICER:

While we are open to applications from a range of backgrounds, we are currently only considering applications from candidates with a background in apprenticeships. Ideal candidates will also posess some or all of the following experience:

  • Minimum level 2/GCSE grade C or above in English and maths
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong administrative, organisation skills and great attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
  • Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality of information
  • Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Professional manner and commitment to excellent customer service

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an organised and experienced individual to join us as a Compliance & Onboarding Officer. You will provide learners and clients with a smooth and professional first touchpoint with KnowledgeBrief, coordinating enrolment and administration of learners and clients across our various apprenticeship programmes. You will be responsible for upholding the highest level of quality, accuracy, and compliance for paperwork.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - COMPLIANCE & ONBOARDING OFFICER:

  • Provide our learners with a smooth and professional enrolment process.
  • Ensure all enrolment documents are submitted timely and by the deadline
  • Retrieve, organise and file official documentation using our learner management software.
  • Maintain and update learner information, documents, and records
  • Familiarise yourself with the ESFA funding rules and requirements.
  • Liaise with the Quality Manager to ensure our documentation and processes uphold ESFA regulations
  • Ensure consistent, fair and unbiased handling of learner personal data
  • Register learners with appropriate awarding bodies and internal e-learning platforms
  • Liaise effectively with the delivery team to ensure a smooth handover from enrolment to learning
