Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Compliance Pack Assistant Manager to join our pharmacy team. The Blister Packing Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the blister pack
prescription process, from data entry to scheduling and creation, as well as
managing changes and driving growth in the blister pack business segment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Efficiently and accurately enter all blister pack prescriptions into the system.
- Manage the scheduling and creation of blister packs, ensuring timely delivery to patients.
- Oversee and coordinate any changes required in blister packs, maintaining
accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for growth in the blister pack business and develop
strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with pharmacy management to optimize processes and maximize efficiency in blister pack operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to blister packing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
