Description:
COMMUNICATION & WRITING SKILLS
- Organize and facilitate meetings with associates of all levels across the company, including executive leadership.
- Effectively communicate and present policy recommendations, policy edits, policy content and policy governance concepts to policy reviewers and approvers. Format, proofread and provide detailed written recommendations around policy content for standard approval level policies. Incorporate edits from multiple parties into policy drafts.
- Ensure clean, grammatically correct, well organized policy drafts are ready for presentation and approval by executive leadership.
- Prepare summaries, reports and metrics for management, auditors, regulators, and executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain detailed procedural documentation and training materials in support of program continuity and growth.
