We are recruiting for the Luxembourg team a Compliance, Regulatory and Corporate Support Officer : this person would mainly assist the RC / MLRO of AXA REIM Luxembourg in all AML, compliance and regulatory functions and related legal tasks.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Provide support to the compliance function in the preparation of compliance reports, analysis, corporate documents, contracts and formalities
  • Regularly monitoring the AML/CFT risk profile against risk tolerance and informs the local RC
  • Updating and revising the policies and procedures of the PSF in relation with local management and AXA IM Real Assets;
  • On-going monitoring of all AML/KYC regulatory evolutions in tight collaboration with local management and AXA IM Real Assets GAMLO and regulator and authorities;
  • Performing controls on the client files and on the 3rd party introducer (i.e. AXA IM Real Assets entity)
  • Documenting on boarding of new clients, and on going due diligences
  • Coordinating authorized management and onboarding comitees meetings
  • Manage monitoring and testing program - perform routine and forensic testing quarterly, prepare summary and management findings and contribute to annual assessment and other ongoing regulatory requirements
  • Communication with the Trade / RBE registers
  • maintenance of the shareholders’ registers and investors contact list
  • Coordination of all internal and external KYC requests and maintenance of all KYC related documentation
  • Other duties in support of the Corporate team as may be required.
    Your Profile
    Role Requirements

Experience

  • 2+ working years in a compliance and / or legal role in a financial services environment (experience in and advisory firm (e.g. Top Law firm or Big four), corporate secretary service provider with exposure to AML will be considered as relevant)

Knowledge and Skills

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Knowledge of regulations in data protection is also considered as an asset
