DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in a compliance-related role, preferably within a regulated industry.
Familiarity with quality management systems, health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet targets and deadlines while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Demonstrate effectively influencing outcomes and displaying tenacity in achieving objectives.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As a Compliance & Regulatory Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring our client’s operations comply with relevant standards and regulations. Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in advising on regulatory matters and implementing compliance strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance with diverse regulations, encompassing health and safety standards, environmental compliance and quality assurance.
- Shaping and performing effective compliance strategies to align with regulatory requirements.
- Engaging with all departments and teams to tackle compliance and quality-related challenges, promoting a safe working environment.
- Coordinating compliance training initiatives for employees to encourage a culture of adherence within the organisation.
- Managing the preparation and submission of reports to regulatory authorities.
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to compliance.
