  • Detail oriented, organized and strong analytical & reporting skills
  • Advanced database and spreadsheet skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • A contracts and audit background is desirable
  • Knowledge of Fisher pricing methodology and data structures is helpful
  • Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process and control gaps and champion improvement initiatives through Practical Process Improvement (PPI)

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill customer requirements for routine and special-request pricing audits. Researches pricing discrepancies (perceived or otherwise); supports salesperson in communicating audit results to customer
  • Continually audits pricing systems to ensure customer price agreements are properly executed. This includes supplier rebate agreements as well as customer pricing in the HC & Research pricing systems. Special focus is given to price agreements requiring system workarounds
  • Learn and understand the late rebate process and provide support as needed
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis to support management decisions including variance analysis, as well as in root cause data interpretation
  • Provide business partnering and commercial finance support to senior leadership
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to drive process improvements
