Description:

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a Compliance Supervisor/Office Assistant to join our team, who is keen to live up to our awesome standards in food safety, health and safety and all round administration.
The Compliance Supervisor/Office Assistant role hours are: Tuesday – Saturday 8am – 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures, policies and systems are maintained to a level which ensures compliance at all times.
  • Ensure our store is adhering to continuously improving Health and Safety requirements through our instore programme.
  • Ensure our store is adhering to Food Safety practices which are set out in our Food Control Plan.
  • Manage monthly Food Safety and Health & Safety meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records for Food Safety and Health & Safety
  • Lead internal and external audits
  • Manage instore audits for both Health & Safety and Food Safety
  • Work alongside team members in their departments and conduct training sessions on Food Safety and Health & Safety
  • Complete daily office administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
