ONE OR TWO CALLS AND YOU’VE GOT YOURSELF A DREAM WEEKEND!

We’re looking for a concierge who’s not afraid to pull out all the stops when it comes to pleasing a guest. This attentive person is our hotel’s tourism expert: he or she knows the best Italian restaurant, keeps abreast of new exhibitions and can create a tailor-made romantic package in no time. His welcoming personality and desire to do things right reflect on the whole team and on the people he meets.

• Must be able to speak and write in both French and English

• Take an interest in our guests so as to ask the right questions to understand what they are looking for and advise them appropriately.
• Respond to their requests with enthusiasm and eagerness and be their point of contact with the outside world: make a restaurant reservation, buy tickets for an activity, find the right relaxation package, etc.
• Write a welcome message, make a room delivery or other courteous gesture to make guests’ experience memorable.
• Be in constant communication with the front desk, reservations and catering team to do everything possible to offer a personalized experience to our guests.
