JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Residential Security Guards - Concierge
Location: Thornhill
Payrate: $17 - $17. 90 per hour
Schedule: Sunday- Thursday
Shift: Nights
Overview:
Allied Universal is seeking Security Concierge to oversee our Residential site in Thornhill. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent customer service, communication skills, and able to manage a dynamic security team. If you have excellent customer service skills and experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we’d like to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
