The Sutton Place Hotel Toronto is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Concierge/Guest Services Agent Hybrid. In this multifaceted role, you will serve as an ambassador of the hotel and the vibrant city of Toronto, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from the moment they arrive until their departure.

- Previous experience in Front Desk or hotel operations
- Extensive knowledge of the city
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:
Concierge/Front Desk;
- Extend a warm, courteous, and professional greeting to guests, establishing a welcoming atmosphere for their stay.
- Facilitate efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to fulfill guest requests, including room service, transportation, and housekeeping.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate individuals or departments within the organization.
- Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring its safe handling
- Provide personalized and attentive service by escorting guests to their rooms offering assistance and information along the way.
- Offer guidance and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options to enhance guests’ experiences.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while engaging with guests, proactively anticipating and fulfilling their needs.
- Adhere to the highest standards of care and attention to detail when handling guests’ personal belongings.
- Excellent customer relations.
- Must have time-management skills.
- Adaptable to change and be able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Eager and focused to exceed guest expectations.
