Concrete Production Trainee

Wagners is currently looking for a Concrete Production Trainee to join our Toowoomba plant. This traineeship will see the successful individual play a key role within our concrete division by gaining an understanding of all aspects of the production and delivery of our concrete.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• HR licence (desirable)
• Ability to operate a front-end loader (desirable)
• Strong communication skills
• C class (Car) license
• Ability to work under pressure

• Batching and slumping concrete to meet customer specifications
• Ensuring products and services meet all quality requirements
• Completing daily pre-starts
• Gaining an understanding of efficient and effective truck allocation
• Taking customer orders in a professional, friendly manner
• Ordering required materials for the plant
