Description:

Position: Concrete/Asphalt Layer
Responsibilities:
- Perform concrete and asphalt laying tasks in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety guidelines.
- Prepare sites, setting up form-work
- Mix concrete and asphalt materials to the required consistency and quality.
- Level, smooth, and finish surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Install reinforcement materials such as re-bar or wire mesh as necessary.
- Apply various surface finishes
- Monitor curing processes to ensure proper strength development.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure efficient project completion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a concrete and asphalt layer, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
- Solid knowledge of concrete and asphalt materials, mixing ratios, and techniques.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to concrete and asphalt work.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license (restricted minimum) and reliable transport
