QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

At least 8 years of experience in risk management & investor relations within the asset management industry.
Fluent in French & English
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving results in a complex and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Head of Risk & Investor Relations F/M - Conducting Officer is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the risk management framework and enhancing investor relations within the company. Reporting directly to senior management, the incumbent plays a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, managing investor relationships, fostering transparency, and driving development initiatives for Private Equity and Real Estate investments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Risk Management: Develop and implement robust risk management policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory directives, such as UCITS and AIFMD. Evaluate, mitigate, and monitor risks across all business areas, including investment, operational, and compliance risks.
Development Initiatives: Drive development initiatives for Private Equity and Real Estate investments, identifying opportunities, conducting due diligence, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate investment activities.
Investor Relations: Develop and execute investor communication strategies to enhance transparency and confidence. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring alignment with investor expectations.
Conducting Officer Duties: Serve as a Conducting Officer for the company, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and representing the firm in dealings with regulatory authorities.
Reporting and Governance: Prepare and present risk reports and assessments to senior management and relevant committees. Contribute to governance processes, including participation in board meetings and committees as required.
