ITility seeks a Configuration Management Analyst define, manage, and control platform, network, software, and Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) configuration baselines for all networks, IT systems, and communication infrastructure. This role will sit onsite at Einsiedlerhof AS, Germany.

Responsibilities:

Technical Requirements:

  • Define, manage, and control platform, network, software, and Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS) configuration baselines for all networks, IT systems, and communication infrastructure (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Establish, document, and manage the UAWC IT change management process (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Develop and administer Change Requests and Change Request Templates (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Schedule and manage Change Control Board (CCB) reviews; document results and disseminate to CCB members and participants (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Review Cybersecurity Impact Evaluations to assess and record impacts to baseline and continuously coordinate with Government IT leads (e.g., Information Systems Security Manager and Project Manager) (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Ensure all UAWC logical and physical network drawings are reviewed on a quarterly basis and updated as changes are made, to include all approved change orders processed and new or revised information obtained during the previous month (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Provide technical input to the Configuration Control Boards, the Engineering Working Group (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Support Configuration Management (CM) activities; ensure CM is governed by the IT change management process; and is recorded in required baselines for all software, infrastructure, network, telephone cables, equipment, physical locations of equipment, facility features, and other infrastructure characteristics (e.g., Uninterruptible Power Supply coverage) as defined by UAWC standards (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Maintain circuit action records, hardware and software modification documentation, and network and rack elevation diagrams (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Develop, maintain, and archive diagrams of network infrastructure for all communication rooms, VTC systems, and telephone infrastructure (C.5.7.1.5).
  • For all IT and communications equipment used by the UAWC, obtain and document support information including, but not limited to: Warranty coverage period, providers, POCs, and warranty claim procedures (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Ensure UAWC IT equipment is registered with vendors, DoD, and other parties as required to ensure proper coverage under warranty and maintenance agreements (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Document, track, and actively manage end-of-sale / end-of-life information for all for all IT and communications equipment used by the UAWC. Formulate and recommend projected life-cycle replacement plans; provide periodic updates to UAWC Communications Support and UAWC Mission Support as requested (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Manage the life cycle of all software used at the UAWC including receive and document requirements for new software, coordinate with the cybersecurity office on all software requirements, develop, publish, and administer a database of software licenses, coordinate with procurement personnel on the purchase and renewal of licenses, and schedule and manage quarterly review and validation of license requirements. Develop and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all activities defined in this effort. All SOPs will be reviewed annually and updated as required (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Assist SC in coordinating with UAWC Mission Support in the acquisition of IT and communications equipment, software, and services including, but not limited to: engage with requirements owners and stakeholders; gather, document, and validate requirements; assist in conducting market research and recommend suitable solutions; assist in preparing technical documentation to support procurements; track progress; assist in receiving; ensure dissemination and receipt by the correct customer; document the process and lessons learned (C.5.7.1.5).
  • Provide continuity technical training to government and contract personnel as directed (C.5.7.1.5).

Qualifications:

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional Configuration Management experience within an IT service environment.
  • Proficient using MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Waiver of individual experience/qualification requirements will be addressed by UAWC on a case-by-case basis and approved by the AAS Defense COR or CO.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, crouch and work for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
