Information Technology organization develops innovative IT services that help to transform data into knowledge. Our IT services ensure secure, reliable and productive operations around the clock. Our wide-ranging service portfolio includes IT services for enabling Konecranes business processes, Helpdesk support, and business intelligence and analytics for identifying new business opportunities.
Support & Development services team is responsible for providing tools for systematic product and process development activities, project task management and IT operations. These services include ServiceNow, Jira, PPM, Confluence, QPR, Bomgar, and SVN.
We are now looking for a new colleague motivated to take on the role of Configuration Owner. In this role, you will focus on Support and development tools, including Project Portfolio Management tools like PowerPPM and Project Online, Jira and Confluence. As a Configuration Owner, you will manage the technical functionalities of the applications including the integration and continuity.
The role is based in Finland, Hyvinkää.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?

• A degree in a relevant IT field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of IT development and maintenance practices.
• Strong knowledge of PowerApps, PowerHub and Dataverse concepts and Architecture.
• Power Platform skills
• Scrum/Agile way of working knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and verbal English.

Other beneficial skills:

• Experience with the Integration platform
• General knowledge of Azure components
• General knowledge of integration concepts

For this role, we are looking for an independent person who has an excellent understanding of PowerApps and Dataverse concepts and Architecture. Your ability to take initiative, carry responsibility, and complete tasks will be key to your success.

• Translate Functional requirements into IT requirements and system design
• Configure and customize PowerApp Workspace as per platform needs.
• Solve production issues in 3rd level support within the given timeframe.
• Provide improvements ideas related to the project management tool functionalities.
• Identify and report the technical gaps in current functionalities.
• Provide active Documentation to Support team on newly developed functionalities.
• Arrange and participate in knowledge transition sessions for application support team on new functionalities.
• Participate and provide feedback on general test plan created by testing team.
• Ensure solution quality in close cooperation with concept owner and Platform Owner.
