CONNECTIONS ADVISOR

Currys Business, Poole (5323) / 6th Floor, Merck House, Seldown Lane, Poole, Dorset, BH15 1TW / Hybrid - you’ll be required to go to the office 2-3 times per week

Hours - 40 per week. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm/8am-5pm

We have an opportunity to join the Specialist Business Centre in Poole as a Connections Advisor on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
As a Connections Advisor, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues to ensure all telephony connection requests are completed accurately, while providing an industry leading customer experience.
This is a fast-paced role, where you’ll need to work accurately and quickly to meet your team and individual targets. But don’t worry, as well as your initial training period, you’ll be joining an established team so there will be people that can offer help and support.

As part of this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the completion and timeliness of all activities according to monthly schedule
  • Ensuring all credit vets, connections, upgrades, migrations, porting requests are completed professionally and accurately within agreed timescales
  • Taking an active role in ensuring our partner’s and customer’s requests meet the criteria of the networks
  • Taking individual responsibility for keeping up to date with all network changes and Currys promotions and propositions

You will need:

  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administration skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Flexible approach to work
