ProVal Technologies is a consulting firm for Managed IT Service providers, helping them navigate and manage their suite of technology products to support end-customers. Our team helps MSP’s leverage best-practices and efficiencies across their tools and technologies, to make MSP’s more efficient and profitable. ProVal also takes on operational capabilities in managing non customer-facing work for MSP’s so they can focus their teams on building customer relationships.
We are looking for a ConnectWise Consultant to join our team! You will be working with our MSP partners to provide professional consulting around the ConnectWise BMS products - PSA, CPQ, ITBoost, WiseSync, BrightGauge to help them grow their companies. This is an individual contributor role to begin, with the possibility to transition to leading the practice for the company.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Recent hands-on experience on the ConnectWise suite of products specifically ConnectWise Manage
  • Strong business acumen within the Managed Service Provider space with a strong understanding of success metrics and KPI’s relating to sales, service, and billing departments
  • Experience with sales, billing, procurement and other processes with ConnectWise Manage
  • Team player who is detail oriented and is eager to grow and develop their skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with a focus on verbal and written communication, such as documenting formal company processes and content
  • Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language to non-technical staff and end users
  • Prior experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Perform projects entailing audits, implementations, training, migration, and others on the ConnectWise BMS suite of products
  • Participate on sales-calls to do live reviews on prospect ConnectWise environments
  • Build relationships with MSP business owners, discuss client needs, and improve opportunities within their environment
  • Collaborate within a team to innovate new ideas and best practices for clients
  • Set up agreements for user or device based billing; assist clients with agreement additions, changes, etc.
  • Ensure third party integrations are functioning and updating the system as expected
  • Lead recurring calls with clients to discuss improvements and any upgrades necessary for ConnectWise Manage
  • Obtain or maintain the necessary ConnectWise University training credits
  • Partner with company leadership to develop and implement best practices for the ConnectWise Business Consultant role and eventually build a practice and team
