PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS

Individual with good technical knowledge and experience of operation and maintenance activities, preferably in Offshore wind, as well as technical knowledge regarding Consenting and HSE.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering as a minimum.
• Postgraduate studies desirable, preferably in operation of wind farms.
• Preferably, experience in Offshore wind operations.
• Knowledge in:
• Consenting, compliance and German regulation regarding renewable assets
• Knowledge of H&S and environmental legislation associated with marine/offshore operations projects
• Technical knowledge regarding the equipment in offshore wind projects (wind turbines, foundations…)
• Competent in planning and project coordination.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• Competent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Developed report writing, presentation skills and ability to summarise key parameters and drivers impacting the project and business.
• Good organizational and operational skills with the ability to link this awareness to technical judgement and decision making.
• Good planning and analysis skills with the ability to look forward and anticipate problems and thereafter plan and implements mitigating solutions to negate the effect of such problems.
• IT literate with the ability to operate MS Office systems and other IT based project management software.
• Capacity to work within an international and multicultural team.
• Flexible to travel around Europe and overseas.
• Languages:
• English: Proficient Level
• German: Working proficiency.
• Other useful languages: French, Spanish

Compile, analyze and prepare the required O&M documentation (technical and HSE) to be presented to the BSH (annual reports etc.). Coordinate the meetings and interactions with the BSH and track the implementation of the agreed actions. Support the Site teams in the implementation of the operational regulatory requirements (technical, environmental and H&S) defined by the BSH or other government bodies. Carry out the required interactions with other Iberdrola teams (Regulatory, Environment, H&S, Business Peformance) to understand the regulatory requirements of the operation and maintenance of offshore wind assets and ensure compliance. Coordinate and carry out the necessary O&M activities, with the support of the required teams (Regulatory, Business Performance) to ensure regulatory compliance for energy production and trading (REMIT and Transparency reporting, BNetzA registration and reporting etc.)
