The Kubota Europe Group Finance function is responsible for all financial topics on Kubota Europe level and KHE Finance headquarter is at Klepp, Norway, but we are a virtual organization with employees also in Germany, France and the Netherlands.KHE Group Financial Reporting department is strengthening the team and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consolidation & Reporting Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you have passion for finance and technology, and a keen eye for details, we want to hear from you. Kubota in Europe utilizes consolidation system for financial and non-financial reporting. Our consolidation system is a powerful corporate performance management (CPM) software solution, handling complex financial processes providing comprehensive insight into the organization’s financial health. This position will play an important role in utilizing systems to ensure accurate reporting giving stakeholders insight and meeting requirements, in an international environment. The role will preferably be located at our Kverneland premises in Klepp, Norway or at the European region headquarter in Nieuw-Vennep, Netherlands.

EDUCATION AND PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related field
  • Experienced in accounting or corporate accounting
  • 3+ years of experience with finance consolidation systems, preferable Tagetik
  • Preferable experience with ERP system, specifically SAP
  • Experience from using tools for increased digitalization and automation
  • Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes and principles
  • Good business understanding and focus on improvements
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Solution-orientated and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, self-motivated and proactive
  • Confident and experienced in communication in English
