Responsibilities:
ROLE
As the Construction Administrator you will be responsible for providing support to the Executive Construction Leader. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below -
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executive Support – travel arrangements, managing email correspondence, business reporting, diary management, assist with legal documentation.
- Personal Assistance – manage and coordinate property and vehicle maintenance.
- Assist with programming of projects.
- Assist with submissions of progress claims and invoicing with accounts.
- Attend site for inspections for client meetings, subcontractor meetings and coordination meetings.
- Maintain company equipment and personnel registers.
- Manage project documentation and information distribution and maintain registers.
