Description:
Our client specializes in Engineering Design & Consultancy Services in the Energy Management & Clean Energy System. They are looking for experience candidates for the role of Construction and Project Manager - Solar Projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in construction and project management, particularly within the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully navigating complex project challenges.
- Extensive network of vendors and suppliers within the renewable energy industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of solar project construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Mentor and lead a team of project engineers, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
- Interface directly with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Oversee procurement activities, sourcing materials and services while optimizing costs.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Identify and resolve project-related challenges in real-time, employing innovative problem-solving techniques.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
