Construction Associate/Senior Associate - Leeds
A highly regarded international firm is looking for a Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing team in Leeds. This is an experienced team with an outstanding client base, bringing a unique spread of work often spanning multiple jurisdictions.

Manage own caseload of contentious matters and assist with non-contentious work acting for employers and contractors, construction professionals and funders
Manage and assist in dispute resolution to include litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation, and negotiation.
Drafting pleadings, witness statements and instructing experts and letters of advice to clients/experts
Preparation of documents in proceedings, including claims, witness statements and other documents
Liaising directly with clients and developing strong working relationships
Drafting, negotiating, reviewing and reporting on all forms of construction and engineering contracts
Preparing professional appointments and warranties and manage their completion
Preparing performance bonds and parent company guarantees
Preparing reports and due diligence
