  An exciting opening has arisen for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join a fast-growing and established construction law team in Sydney. The successful candidate will work closely with leading partners and Associates on a range of high-value and complex matters across construction law. The firm specialises in complex matters across construction and engineering, development and resources industries.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 8-10 years PQE in Construction Law accrued in a reputable law firm with a similar client profile
• Demonstrated experience working across a wide range of Construction matters
• Experience across Front end construction matters, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build key business relationships.
• Self starter and motivated
• Friendly and approachable.
• Experience in preparing, negotiating and reviewing contractual documentation for a wide variety of complex projects
