Description:
- Specialist construction work - advisory and disputes
- First class matters, mentoring and career progression
- Brisbane CBD location | Salary to $250k dep on experience
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years PAE construction experience (either front end or back end), gained from a reputable firm or in-house environment;
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills for various construction-related agreements;
- Ability to handle dispute resolution, including mediation and litigation when necessary;
- Familiarity with construction regulations, industry standards, and risk management strategies; and
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
