Our client is a major corporate law firm and their construction team is experiencing growth. To this end, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced construction litigation lawyer with at the Associate or Senior Lawyer or Senior Associate level.
The partner who heads this team is consistently highly ranked at the top of the legal tables. The firm and this particular team’s client base is blue chip and consists of local and international clients, Tier 1 construction companies, environment consultancies, mining and energy companies, government agencies.
The role will see you working on major construction litigation, building defects litigation, SOPs, adjudications, complex engineering disputes, arbitrations, mediations, claims re delays and liquidated damages, construction variation claims.
This role would suit the construction litigation lawyer who wants to take a career defining step in their career or the experienced commercial disputes lawyer who wants to pivot into a construction litigator role.
