Construction Litigation Solicitor - 1-5 PQE - Leading International Firm - Glasgow/Edinburgh
A rare opportunity to join a specialist construction and infrastructure litigation team has arisen due to a recent internal promotion. This role can be based in either of the firm’s Glasgow or Edinburgh offices- although agile and hybrid working is offered as standard across the firm.

Appearing in Court, mediation and arbitration sessions- acting on a range of national and international clients.
Direct opportunity to work alongside a range of clients- settling disputes ranging in value, complexity, operating sector and jurisdiction.
Providing top-level legal advice and designing clear, strategic, solutions for conflicts.
Guiding clients from inception through to settlement across different Constriction disputes.
Opportunity to be involved in a broad spectrum of litigious matters ranging from Public and Private Projects.
Opportunity to supporting senior colleagues with advocacy across various courts and jurisdiction.
