As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven track record of success as a Construction Manager, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, with proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience working on a variety of construction projects, including healthcare, education, commercial, residential, leisure, and pharma & medtech sectors, is preferred.
- Commitment to safety and quality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), are a plus.
