JOB ADVERT SUMMARY
Rand Water is looking for candidate to provide support for construction operations, distribution maintenance and pipeline operations, collection of equipments in Rand Water’s area of supply, utilizing heavy transport vehicles.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12.
- Vehicle license code EC with PrDP.
- 1 year heavy vehicle driving.
- 1 year operator experience including rigging.
KNOWLEDGE (WHAT IS REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY)
- Extra heavy driver’s license including PrDp
- Certified to operate ALL of the following:
- Excavator
- Mobile crane
- Crawler crane
- Front end loader
- Tractor loader backhoe
- Pipe layer
SKILLS
- Machine Operator skills
- Mechanical background
- Communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Operating Equipment.
- Driving both rigid and articulated heavy vehicles.
- Documentation General.
