Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Seeking site supervision experience in multi-family and wood frame construction
- Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
- Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum 8 years multi-family and senior living construction experience preferred
- Experience in ground-up construction
- Effective manager of budget, materials and time
Salary Range: $70-100K
