Primary responsibilities of the job include:

  • Seeking site supervision experience in multi-family and wood frame construction
  • Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
  • Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum 8 years multi-family and senior living construction experience preferred
  • Experience in ground-up construction
  • Effective manager of budget, materials and time

Salary Range: $70-100K
